Your rental includes a list of free amenities, such as backdrops and technology, as well as upgraded options at affordable prices, like our bouncy house and table decor.
What's more, your booking fee serves a dual purpose—it's also a donation to our nonprofit, We Love Birthday Parties. With every celebration, you contribute to making birthdays special for kids who might otherwise be overlooked.

North Elm Collective is a space for the people of Miami Valley to come together, celebrate, and create lasting memories.
We take pride in being a welcoming environment for families, friends, and neighbors alike.
Our diverse range of event spaces is designed to cater to the unique needs of our community, ensuring there's a perfect setting for every occasion.
North Elm Collective isn’t just about events. It’s a home for community initiatives like We Love Birthday Parties, The Florence (yoga and massage), Bread of Life Church, Light & Clay Music Studio, Dragon Games, and Coffee with Champions (hosted by the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce), as well as two Alcoholics Anonymous groups.

Best place to have a party. Recently had a baby shower there and Shelly and her staff were wonderful. Very helpful in planning and also very clean space.

What a beautiful space! I’ve hosted multiple kids cooking classes there and everyone is always complementing what a great place it is. I will definitely continue to use it for my classes.

Absolutely the best location for our Berry Sweet Baby Shower!! I just recently found out about this location and so excited to share how amazing it was! Location is perfect and great parking. The facility was so perfect and had everything you can think to make your party prefect.
They have every backdrop you could think of to use for your decor. So many different chairs you could use for the special person whether it be a baby shower or wedding, birthday etc. And the best part was working with Shelly to make this so perfect! Every time I had a question or concern Shelly responded so quickly and absolutely so friendly!

We had an amazing experience celebrating our daughter's first birthday! Shelly, the owner, went above and beyond to make our Winter Onederland theme come to life. The party hall was very accommodating, with ample space for hosting. The staff was friendly, the space was clean, and everything ran smoothly. It truly made our little one's special day unforgettable. Highly recommend!

From cookie decorating classes to vision board sessions to photography sessions, creatives love to use our space for community events.
Creative Classes
We have a secret room, dedicated to DnD role-playing game, including custom-made tables, gaming chairs and a life-sized dragon! Our group is led by a local psychiatrist and we always play lawful good guys.
We are helping people of all ages heal and grow with our periodic playgroups, Soulful Stillness singing bowls and two Alcoholics Anonymous groups, along with opportunities for supervised visits for children from struggling families.
