When you enter our Lobby, you’ll feel a cozy and inviting area for your guests, establishing a delightful ambiance as they transition into our adjacent, beautifully appointed rooms.

The lobby decor flows seamlessly into the Garden Room on the left, where the entryway is adorned with cascading hanging plants, creating a charming connection between spaces. Additionally, an open doorway leads into the Party Room, promoting a sense of continuity throughout the venue. Beyond its primary role, the Lobby also functions as versatile overflow space or a delightful spot to feature a welcoming easel.



We offer four spaces; the Garden Room, the Main Party Room, the Game Room and the Family Room. Each space can accommodate many types of events, ensuring a memorable experience for every occasion.

The Garden Room

Inviting & delightful 

The Garden Room, was designed by local entrepreneur Niki Woodruff, and reflects a space that seamlessly blends comfort and creativity.

It features bamboo butcher block tables skillfully crafted by local woodworker Derek Gardener, and a captivating wood wall display by craftsman Adam Twiss, this room's calming environment is adorned with lush greenery and delightful decor, including our distinctive swinging rattan egg chair.

Accommodating up to 24 guests, the Garden Room is a perfect space for more intimate gatherings.

Its versatility extends to hosting activities such as cookie decorating classes, art tutorials, board meetings, and game nights. It's conveniently adjacent from the Party Room, and often serves as an inviting overflow space for larger events hosted in the Party Room.

The Party Room

Our expansive Party Room is a neutral-themed venue and our largest space that provides a versatile canvas for events of all kinds, allowing decorations to shine regardless of color or theme.

Ideal for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, our Party Room is equipped with numerous amenities, providing a picturesque backdrop for capturing memorable moments.

Accommodating up to 80 guests, the space features designated areas for food and drink tables, leaving ample room for dancing and showcasing a variety of backdrops perfect for photo opportunities. Enjoy the convenience of our complimentary portable salad bar, often repurposed as an ideal vessel for ice and drinks—no need to haul in coolers!

The striking black steel beam ceiling offers a perfect backdrop for hanging decor, stringing fairy lights, or even surprising little ones with a piñata extravaganza! Elevate the magic for birthday celebrations by adding our beloved bouncy house with a slide or the enchanting balloon blower igloo. Dim the lights and set the scene with our "bowling alley" rug for an unforgettable neon glow party.

The Party Room comes with 11 round five-foot banquet tables, 90 robust banquet chairs, one eight-foot and three six-foot rectangular tables, a sound booth for music, dimmable lights, and four DMX-colored party lights to enhance the ambiance.

The Game Room

Let's Play!

In our lower level, you’ll find a secret gem—the Game Room! Crafted by local entrepreneur and attorney, Autumn White, this vibrant space combines a retro theme with playful sophistication.

Catering to all age groups, it offers a range of activities, from lively ping pong matches to spirited rounds of air hockey and foosball. Arcade games and floor games add an extra layer of excitement, inviting participants of all ages to compete for the title of PAC-MAN or superhero champion, or seize victory in a checkers match!

And of course, we haven’t forget the curious toddlers– designating a play corner, complete with age-appropriate toys.

For an enhanced experience, you can always add the Game Room into your rental package when you book the Party Room, Garden Room, or Family Room.

While supervision is required while kids are in the Game Room, many adults find themselves thoroughly enjoying the playful atmosphere as much as the kids do!

 The Family Room

The eagerly anticipated Family Room, scheduled for completion in Summer 2024, promises to deliver a haven of warmth and family charm. This inviting space, located on the lower level, echoes the cozy atmosphere of a traditional Family Room, boasting a comforting fireplace, a communal family table, thoughtfully arranged seating, a built-in unit housing a large-screen TV, and a convenient coffee bar area.

Infused with the modern farmhouse setting, this room is set to become a cherished venue for a spectrum of occasions, including family reunions, parties, card clubs, game nights, and perfect for family gatherings, company parties, youth group events, and even corporate team-building activities.

Loaded with board games, plush chairs, warm rugs, and ample space, the Family Room exudes a touch of elegance, inspired by Elle Hart, owner of Stanfield Manor Workspaces. With a seating capacity of approximately 30 people, it even incorporates two chairs designed for the comfort of older guests.

While this lower-level space may not be fully handicap accessible, accessing it from the back involves only five short steps. The Family Room is adjacent to the Game Room, with an open entrance between the two, so these spaces will be ideal in renting together.

Stay tuned for details about when the Family Room is complete. We are already Imagining all the possibilities for creating memorable moments in this warm and versatile setting.

Absolutely! Your rental donation includes access to our beautiful new kitchen, equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a convenient mobile cart for loading and unloading. Additionally, we provide bowls, cupcake holders, and utensils in case you forget anything!

When are we able to drop off and set up for an event? 

WHEN ARE WE ABLE TO DROP OFF AND SET UP FOR AN EVENT? 

For most events, we permit the drop-off of nonperishable items and decorations one day before the event.

We provide a complimentary half-hour for setup and an additional free half-hour for tear-down. Many clients opt to book an hour of setup, allowing for a total of 1 1/2 hours to transform the space! (We include the extra half-hour because we've observed that one hour isn't quite sufficient for decorating and setting up food for most events.)

Is there paperwork or waivers that will be required? 

IS THERE PAPERWORK OR WAIVERS THAT WILL BE REQUIRED? 

By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions specified on the booking page. Additional waivers are mandatory for the consumption of alcohol and the use of our bouncy house. These waivers will be signed at the venue on the day of your event.

Yes! Alcohol is permitted with a signed waiver, releasing us from any liability.

For smaller events serving mimosas or wine, we require a designated "point person" who will oversee the bar.

For larger gatherings, we require a professional bartender, preferably “TIPS” certified.

Certainly! We offer 13 parking spaces on the south side and 6 on the north side of the building. Additional parking is permitted along the side street and across from the front of the building.

For extra large gatherings, public parking is available across the street at Treasure Island Park, complete with a set of stairs for convenient access to our venue.

The Party Room, Garden Room, and Kitchen are located on the main level and feature a ramp at the entrance, providing wheelchair-friendly access. While the restrooms are designed to accommodate wheelchairs and those with disabilities, it's worth noting that the hallways may be slightly narrow for larger wheelchairs.

The lower level, including the Family Room and Game Room, is not accessible to individuals with mobility challenges.

What is your cancellation policy? 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? 

We allow cancellations 30 days or more prior to your reservation date with a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to your reservation date receive a 50% refund.
For all other cancellations, your booking fee will not be returned, however you will receive a refund for your damage deposit. No exceptions.

We had an amazing experience celebrating our daughter's first birthday at We Love Birthday Parties!  Shelly, the owner, went above and beyond to make our "Winter Onderland" theme come to life.
